Rosacea Study Pre-Screening Questionnaire
We are currently recruiting participants aged 18 to 59 years old with moderate to severe Papulopustular Rosacea to participate in an investigational study. The primary purpose of this research is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of daily application of a topical gel investigational drug called TP-04 in participants with moderate to severe Papulopustular Rosacea.
Compensation may be provided for time and travel - participation in this study will come at no cost to you.

Study Length: 22 Weeks plus 6 week follow-up
